mohamed2000  In the past This error was solutioned with reinsert the E200 card.

Do you can use the service manual to opem the equipment and remove clean slot and reinsert de E200 Card

Service manual of DL380 G5

FabioC1 The problem still exists after clean the e200 slot but if backed to old harddisk (72 G) the  the problem disappear and the system open

Re: DL380 G5 smart array E200 problem

Hi mohamed,

looking at your screenshot tells me that you are running an ILo2 version 1.60 - this is really old fimrware. I guess the firmware of your E200 controller is also pretty old? You should try updating your server to the latest firmware available and then try again with your 300G disks (also the disk firmware may need an update).

Do you have a cache module and battery installed? If so you should make sure that the battery is ok
