By changing the power supply i was able to fix this issue.
I had same issue, And was Mad from 1 week, I've chanded the Raid battery but didn't fixed the issue. Luckily i have 3 g5 servers , so took POWER SUPPLY unit from other server and replaced with the one having shut down issue.
After changing this server working fine and other server where i used the batery from infected server is shutting down.
So go ahead and replace PSU . It will help you.
