DL380 G5 with WNLB causing problems.

Has anyone experienced issues with these servers and using windows network load balancing?

Basically what is happening is I configured one of these servers with 1 NIC and the NLB in unicast mode. It works but if I make a change at all it completely disconnects the server from the network. I can only get it back by restarting the server.

I found some people saying that NICs that have "Receive Side Scaling" need to have it turned off since it doesn't work well with WNLB.

Any ideas on what is causing this?
