DL380 G5

My carepaq expired recently... :( Errrr...
Well, here is my deal. I have my dl380 g5 that won't boot. Was using it as an ESX Host, 4.0. part # 433524. Suddenly one day, the power supplies just die. I put in two other power supplies and they are working fine. However, now when I press the power button, I get the fans roaring and it sounds all good, looks pretty. But then I look at the front again, the power button is still orange. I press it, no change, even hold it for about 10 seconds, no change. The power supply indicators are not lit. But, the red box is beside my UID blinking. I've changed the power grid, pci board, procs & ram. no change. Does this mean that my motherboard is FRIED? Please someone tell me this might not true. :(

Can you access iLO and see what's in the IML? Should give a clue to what's happening.

that's another sucky thing. iLo doesn't even post. It shows a network connection, but no information displays.

Well, I'm proposing to my management people to buy me another $700 system board. :(
