DL380 G6 NICs running at 33Mhz Bus Speed?

Now, maybe I am wrong, or I am stuck in the 90s, but shouldn't my DL380 G6 servers be reporting my on board NC283i DP GB NICs running at a bus speed a tad bit higher? When I look at any of the four NICs informaiton under HP Network Configuration Utility, they all show:

Bus Type: PCIe
Bus Speed: 33 MHz

I am running Windows Server 2008 R2, and have tried putting the latest drivers, NIC and system firmware, etc. as of today on one of the servers. My backup speeds have declined over the past week, taking almost four times longer, which is why I started looking into the NICs. My backup server is a DL380 G6 with this "issue".

I have an add-in NIC, a HP NC360T, which shows a bus speed of 2.5 GHz, which seems better.

Thanks for any clearification anyone can give me.
