DL380 G6 - anyone else have problems with loose PCIe slot 1?

PCIe slot 1 (top right as viewed from the rear) uses a small plastic clip to secure the PCI card bracket into place. This plastic piece actually does very little if anything to hold the PCI card into place. We have observed that pushing the card with light force (as with connecting a cable to a NIC port) can move the card or even pop the card partially out of the slot. This is extremely bad if the power is connected! The PCI Riser cage design also makes it difficult to use a screw to secure the card bracket.

Slot one is the only PCIe X8 slot that comes standard, and therefore is the only appropriate slot to use for high-end cards (e.g. 10Gb NIC).

It seems that this is a significant design flaw that should be addressed by HP. Has anyone else noticed this issue or discussed it with HP. We've damaged at least one NIC because of this problem and now are screwing in the cards.
