DL380 G6 error: (SNMP) Accelerator Board Status Change (3038)
Hi all,
I am getting the following emails frequently from our Insight monitoring service and can't find any information on what needs to be done to fix it.. Any help would be appreciated!
Event Name: (SNMP) Accelerator Board Status Change (3038)
Event originator: nickel
Event Severity: Critical
Event received: 17-Sep-2012, 00:19:09
Event description: Accelerator Board Status Change. This trap signifies that the agent has detected a change in the status of an array accelerator cache board. The current status is represented by the variable cpqDaAccelStatus. User Action: If the accelerator board status is permDisabled(5), you may need to replace the accelerator board.

hi,
Please check the iLo IML log. The issue is most probably with the controller battery or with the cache module.
It can be a FW issue also. Please check the FW of the controller.

This message appears, when an array is not configured.
Have You configured an array ?
What is the FW version of the controller?
