DL380 G6 ethernet card promiscuous

Hi,

I am using a DL380 G6 server with Windows 2003 Enterprise x64 Edition Service Pack 2 for websense. It has 2 NC7782 ethernet adapters with driver version 12.2.0.2 installed on it and I need one of them in promiscuous mode but they can't be setup in promiscuous mode. Websense can't enable them during installation so I tried wireshark and got the same result.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
