DL380 G6 hangs on boot

I have 2 of these that seem to have the same problem.
When the server is rebooted, it will randomly hang with the fans running at full speed. Powering down and backup rarely fixes it. One was rebooted remotely and after 4 hours came up on its own. Otherwise the power cords have to be pulled, wait 15 seconds, repower and most times they will start normally.
Any ideas?

Hello, I've seen a DL380 G6 server with the same problem 2 months ago. Believe it or not, the fix was a new system board replacement.

You might want to look into that or ask a HP tech to replace the system board for you.
