DL380 G6 p410i controller can sata disk replace sas disk in raid5 set?
I received a SATA 1TB disk to replace a SAS 1TB disk in my DL380 G6. The SATA disk would go into a raid5 set with 3 other SAS 1TB disks. Will this work?
Regards,
Bob

From what I can recall, you cannot mix SAS / SATA in the same array. You can have both SAS and SATA arrays on the same controller, but each array has to contain the same type of drives
