DL380 G7 ILO 3 Will Not Connect

So, this is a strange one. I have three DL380 G7s that I'm now trying to configure ILO on... which in and of itself isn't a big deal. The problem is that none of the three servers will pull a DHCP address for ILO, and if I hard set the IP information, I get no ICMP/Web IFC responses. This would usually point to a switch problem, but all ports are good, configured for correct VLAN, and the port show "Connected." I have a few various other HP servers that are on the same network that pull a DHCP address for ILO without a problem... the only difference I can see is that the 380s are using ILO 3 and the others are using ILO 2. Any ideas?
