DL380 G7 Power button cable part number

The DL 380 G7 server powers on fine without any issue. When the server boots, all the leds on the front panel lits. Once the server completely boots up all the led including the power button led goes on and there is no indication of the server powered on. Have checked the physical connectivity of the cables behind the front bazel and all is fine. Do we need to replace the power button cable? If so what is the part number of the power button cable?

Re: DL380 G7 Power button cable part number

I believe, Power button cable is part of SID cable/ Module. As per your issue description, problem area may be with SID module or connector on the system board.

This server should be under warranty, It's recommended to contact HP Support and get SID module/ System board replaced.

If you have any other Dl380 G7, try swapping SID module, this would isolate issue with SID module/Mobo.
