Re: DL380 G7 Quadro 4000 support ?
Hi!
It's not listed in the quickspecs
so it's quite safe to say that it's not supported.
It may however work anyway, have you tried? Any problems?
Maybe the vendor can tell you if it's supported or not.
You want to check that you have the type of PCI-slot that the card wants (version, amount of channels, etc).

Re: DL380 G7 Quadro 4000 support ?
I have successfully installed a Quadro 4000 on the DL360 G7, using the special PCI power cable kit available for this model. This is possible because the DL360 has a special power connector on the system board that allows extra watts for cards like this one.
But, the DL380 G7 doesn't provide this special power connector on the system board so, you don't have a way to provide the extra watts this card requires.

Re: DL380 G7 Quadro 4000 support ?
According to the DL380 Gen8 QuickSpecs, it supports PCIe cards up to 150Watts but, the additional Power Cord Option P/N 669777-B21 is required.

Also, depending on the rest of your Gen8 server configuration, you might need power supplies that provide higher output in Watts as well. Power Supply options for DL380 Gen 8 are 460W, 750W and 1200W.
