DL380 G7 booting from USB
I have created the USB key using the software from the smartstart CD, it works on one of my DL380 G6 servers as i can hit F11 and select 'Boot from USB' However there is no such option on a G7 and the server does not see the usb as the USB kvm does not work either. I have managed to access the bios and check USB is fully enabled including USB Legacy. I have 3 G7 and thwy are all the same.

Re: DL380 G7 booting from USB
hi,
Please go in BIOS under advanced options --> F11 Boot Menu Prompt and check, if it is set to enable.
