DL380 GEN9 poweroff after some time and blinking green power button. Server cannot start

Hello.

Server DL380 GEN9.

After Issue with air conditioner in customer data center(cooling system was not work some time), server malfunctioning. It can works only in room with low temprature(<15°~), but in room tempreature it shutdown after 30-60minutes.

I have already tryied to change powersupplies, cables.

Cleared nvram, installed latest SPP, updated firmwares... etc. Nothing helped.

Obviosly problem is with Temperature sensors. My solution is to change the motherboard. Maybe there is another solution?

IML only have info about PowerSupply issue, it because powersupply1 is not connected. Even though it connected, server will stay work not properly. The time is wrong beacause of bios restore.

Hi,

I would suggest to update the server by using latest Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/swd/detail?swItemId=MTX_dd8a257eca984bd2aa5157c4c1

Verify and if issue is persist, please test the server with minimum components .Refer -https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00018641en_us&docLocale=en_US
