DL380 Gen10 in UEFI shell, the USB media drive cannot be recognized.

I just wanna collect the AHS log in UEFI Shell via iLO,but when I mounted a USB drive that capacity is 32G with FAT32 format and typed "map -r" command, the USB drive cannot be recognized,is there any reason can cause that ?

Re: DL380 Gen10 in UEFI shell, the USB media drive cannot be recognized.
Where did you connect the USB drive?
The ILO USB port is not visible to the server, it is accessible by ILO only.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: DL380 Gen10 in UEFI shell, the USB media drive cannot be recognized.
Hi Torsten
I configured static IP for iLO so that I can connect to server with ethernet cabel directly,(just for the test).
I logged in iLO,ran the IRC remote on my laptop, also I inserted USB driver to my laptop,
I tried to mounted USB drive via iLO to the server.
whatever, When I typed command map -r ,the usb drive cannot be regconized.
I don't know why,but When I mounted a folder to server ,the folder would be regconized.
