On the HP DL380 Gen8, the air baffle has two blue tabs on it that seem to lift up, these are not to be confused with the "pinch" to open clips on the baffle. I'm trying to figure out what its used for, more of a curiosity thing.

SolutionThis latches are present for air circulation on the full length expansion board. If you have installed full length expansion board then it will touch the air baffle and this latches holds them tight for correct air circulation and cooling. For reference please view the link http://h20464.www2.hp.com/index.html which consist of video and picture.
