Hi all,
Currently facing an issue whereby I am trying to save the logs from Insight Diagnostic to a USB stick.
USB stick was FAT32 format.
It can detact the stick, however when i try to save, it mention error "An error occurred while trying to save the file. Please check your media and try again" .
Any suggestion that I can try?
Thanks and Regards,
Low

Re: DL380 Gen9 Insight Diagnostic, cannot save to USB stick
FYI - I have had the same problem with DL360 Gen 9 servers
HP advise,
I have checked with my resources and we have faced this issue on other server's also.
Our engineering team is working on this issue currently and an update will be available in the next firmware release.

SolutionHi Claus,
Its been so long after the case.
End up for my case, i called up HPE and they provided me with a bios firmware downgrade.
After the firmare downgrade, I am able to perform the saving to USB stick.
Thanks,
Low
