DL380 Gen9 PCI Smart HBA H241 and IBM V3700 Problems

Hello,
I have problems with compatiblity PCI Smart HBA H241 with IBM V3700, after connecting both of them with sas cable and create  3 volums on IBM v3700 i shared them to DL380 Gen9 then In dl380 gen 9 in h241 configuration i can see only first volumen, every change in ibmv3700 to be refreshed in h241 configuration need dl380 to been restarted, if i remove first volumen from v3700 then after restart dl380 i see second volument but still only one is visible..

I have seen in google problem like this but havent seen solution, unfortonelty hpe support told me to change IBM v3700 storage to one from hp, everything is new i am looking for any other solution, maybe another hp sas controller is compatible with v3700.

I would like to suggest you contact IBM  vendor  for HPE H241 Smart Host Bus Adapter support  IBM V3700 or not and as well as which SAS HBA support with V3700 storage.

H241 is not V3700 supported HBA.

It is known issue that H241 does not work with majority of non-HPE storage. You need LSI based pure SAS HBA (nonRAID).

Such as LSI 9207-8e, LSI 9300-8e, LSI 9400-8e (or in Lenovo parlance N2225 or 430-8e). Be careful to get proper SAS cables, as the new adapters have mini SAS HD connector (same as V3700 has)
