DL380 Gen9 SERVER with W2016 SERVER - DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE on Restart

Hello ,

We have the following Problem on an HP DL380 Gen9 Server .

Operatingsystem is W2016 Server 64bit .

Inserted are 2 x H221 , 2x H241 Cards on which is an Netapp E-Series Storage and 4 x LTO7 Tape Drives in an MSL 4048 connected.

2x H221 - Netapp Storage

2x H241 - LTO 7 Tape Drives .

2 x 530 SFP+ 10Gbit Network Adapter .

All Engery Save Settings are turned to off . The Server is set in BIOS to maximum Performance Mode.

All Drivers and Firmware are Up to Date . Service Pack iso 06-2018 is allready installed .

When we restart the Server then first the "Rebooting" from W2016 Server is shown for 10 minutes , after this the Bluescreen appears with : DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE

In the ILO Management Log there are this entrys :

PCI Bus 07/19/2018 07:41   Uncorrectable PCI Express Error (Embedded device, Bus 0, Device 28, Function 4, Error status 0x00000000)

PCI Bus 07/19/2018 07:41    Uncorrectable PCI Express Error (Embedded device, Bus 0, Device 0, Function 0, Error status 0x00000000)

System Error      07/19/2018 07:41  Unrecoverable System Error (NMI) has occurred.  System Firmware will log additional details in a separate IML entry if possible

PCI Bus 07/19/2018 07:41      PCI Bus Error (Slot 0, Bus 0, Device 0, Function 0)

The Mainboard is changed from the HP Technical Support for the second time.

Hope someone can help me .

Thanks

Michael
