DL380 HD Failure

DL380 HD Failure

Have (3) 72.8Gb HD's in Slots 0,1,& 2 plus (1) Spare 72.8Gb HD in Slot 3. Came in this morning and saw that HD in Slot 1 failed and the Spare was in use. Using the three drives as one logical drive. Event viewer shows it Failed, recovered, and then failed again. I rebooted the server, and the HD is operational again. Should I still replace the HD or should I continue to monitor it?
