DL380 Loading W2K Server
I have DL380 with dual 733, I have used the smart start CD to configure the array and create a logical drive. I boot to my W2k Server CD it goes through the complete setup and then reboots when it comes back up the screen says non-system disk or disk error replace and strike any key when done.
Any ideas why this happens, I can boot to the CD again and it will reload everything and do the same error agian.
Thanks

Re: DL380 Loading W2K Server
Hello Rick,
What is the configuration of your server right now?? Please make sure that you dont have any third party hardware in the system. Please set up the server with bare minimum hardware and then start adding the extra hardware if you have to.
Regards,

Re: DL380 Loading W2K Server
It is working now, dumb mistake. The array controler was just put in, it was previously missing?? So I had to enable it in the configuration.
