DL380 - No K,V, and M. Aux light on, red light on....

DL380 - No K,V, and M. Aux light on, red light on....

Have a DL380 that was not posting video, or keyboard and mouse. The AUX light on the riser card was lit up. Do not know if that is supposed to be on or not. Now the red LED directly behind riser card is lit up. Is the motherboard dead? I tried the dipswitch - maintenance and embedded video (using an external PCI card in the bottom slot)

RED LED
RED = Riser Card not properly seated
OFF = Normal, Riser Card properly seated.

LED on the Riser
ON Normal Status Normal Status
OFF Problem Riser Board is not fully seated or is defective.
AC Power Cord not fully seated into Power Supply or defective Power Supply.


Pull Video Card Make sure Riser seat correctly verify with Video On board system Switch Box #1 is OFF for Onboard Video
