DL380 P600 Storage Array Battery Not Charging

Dear All,

I've recently replaced one of the batteries on a P600 array controller and it's been trying to recharge for the past week or so. Does anyone know how long it's supposed to take for these batteries to charge? I'm thinking I might have to get another one so that they're both new...

Anything over 72 hours and we look for an additonal issue. The error message should pinpoint which battery is having the issue but the wrong one might have been swapped so swap the other one. If the problem continues then it is probably the card.
