Have noticed the following errors with our DL380 and our tape library and was curious on how to correct them?
All our Event 11's are CPQFCALM's and 9's vary between CPQFCALM and CPQCISSM's.

Re: DL380 SCSI CPQ errors
Try updating the BIOS. Here is the link.

I had the same issue and this resolved it for me.

Solution
I believe it's likely there may be a problem with one of the GBICs in the fibre channel. The cpqfcalm is from the Fibre Channel Arbitrated Loop Manager driver.
The event id 11s and 9s with the source of cpqfcalm are most likely being caused by the same issue. The first 32bit value in line 0010, 00000409, indicates it's a laser fault. This usually means there's a problem with a GBIC.
The other error with cpqcissm as the source is most likely coming from a 5300, 532, or 5i. I would recommend checking the termination/cabling to the drives attached to this controller.

The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

Re: DL380 SCSI CPQ errors
Also I would recommend updating the driver for the array controller.
