DL380 - SCSI bus fault occurred on Storage Box box 0

Hi- we're running Windows 2003 Server on a DL380 with a Smart Array 5i and 641 controller. Every few minutes our drives top responding for 10-15 seconds. After updating the array controller driver to the latest version and restarting; I was presented with the following event log alert:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: CPQCISSE
Event Category: None
Event ID: 24683
Date: 5/17/2007
Time: 4:03:50 PM
User: N/A
Computer: SERVER1
Description:
SCSI bus fault occurred on Storage Box box 0, , Port 0 of
Array Controller in slot 2.
This may result in a "downshift" in transfer rate for one or more hard drives on the bus.

The Smart Array software won't launch either. Click the shortcut and it nothing happens.

641 firmware version: Rev B, v2.32
Driver: 5.76.0.32

5i firmware version: Rev B, v2.58
Driver: 5.76.0.32

I have seen this problem on Dl380G3 system, and if not mistaken HP have a internal document on this aswell..

Have you tried to reseat any of the components in the system yet?
IE : The Scsi backplane or the Sma641 controller?

Have a look at the following link aswell the same issue

Systems what i done, most of them required a replacement of the scsi backplane.
