DL380 W/HP6136 GB NIC GENERATING UDP SHORT PACKETS

I have an Alcatel OmniSwitch Roouter with GB ports attached to a DL380G3 w/HP6136 NIC. I am receiving notice on switch that the DL380 is generating a UDP short packet.

Current NIC driver is 6.6.4.43.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

KOV,

Thanks for the info, I applied the updated drivers to the DL380 running W2K SP4.
The switch is still reporting UDP short packet from that server.
I get the feeling that the problem is related to either DHCP or WINS. This server is the only server in my suite that is running these services. Otherwise I would expect to see the same problem form my other servers.
