DL380 WIth Only 1 Hard Drive .. Linux OS

Greetings,

I have inherited a DL380 with only 1 32GB drive. This is a production server, if you can believe it. I want to add a second drive and mirror the original. Can I do this without reformatting and losing the partition and re-installing??
