DL380 Win2K3 Upgrade

I just upgraded to W2K3 Enterprise and upon startup I get the following message in Event Viewer:
SCSI bus fault occurred on Storage Box 0, Port 1 of Array Controller(Embedded. This may result in a "downshift" in transfer rate for one or more hard drives on the bus. Why?

I believe that this is a known problem, you can ignore it or update the firmware on the controller.
