DL380, adding an additional drive

I have a DL380 with a Raid 5. I wanted to add a seperate drive to act as additional storage. It's not neccessary to add this drive into the existing array. Can I do this using the ACU in smart start?

Yes,


You can build a new array with that new disk or expand the existing array with disk in ACU.

ALternatively you can do that in the rom based array configuration utility on the post bios menu.
