Have you checked the Array Configuration Utility on the DL380 for messages? This could be an error like the battery backed cache has not been fully charged.

Have you upgraded the firmware to the latest version? You can download a cdrom image to boot from which will upgrade all hardware firmware>

I would also install the latest drivers for the controller which can be found at>

you could try to check the accelertor setting in the Array Configration Utility , if you selected this option maybe the message will not appear.

1 - unknown
2 - invalid
3 - enabled
4 - temp. disabled
5 - perm. Disabled
Also,run Array Diagnostic Utility which can be run Online as well as Offline to further check
