Is this the latest Rom version I should have? Is it the correct one?

Hi,

No, that looks to be the Firmware DVD for the latest generation DL380s (G5 and later).

You'll find the latest downloads for the DL380 G2 here:

The latest System ROM version would appear to be dated 2004.05.01.
