DL380 gen 6 - Hardware acceleration - not supported

Hello, all.

in vmware esxi 5.1 has a parameter hardware acceleration - why it is not supported, although the firmware on the BIOS, and firmware raid controller is the latest updated, installed the latest drivers and plug-ins from HP.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

All of my g5/g6/g7 servers with Smart Array controllers do show hardware acceleration as UNKNOWN. Same with the DL380 G7 that has dual LSI2308 megaraid controllers!

 

It is normal!
