DL380 gets a NMI error during backups

I have a DL380 G5 running W2K3 Ent in a cluster that gets:
***Hardware Malfunction
Call your hardware Vendor for Support
NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error
***The system has halted***
During a backup, it backs up the C$ drive and even backs up some of the E$ drive and then craps out, I have several servers and clusters backed up and configured the same, any help/thoughts would be appreciated.
