DL380 only sees 3.5 GB of Ram

I have 2 DL380 G4s with 6GB of ram installed. The BIOS sees 6GB on bootup. I am running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise, which supports 32GB of ram. Once booted, the O/S on both machines only sees 3.5 GB of ram. WINMSD sees Total Physical Memory as 6GB, but available memory as 3.5GB.

Any ideas how I can get my O/S to see the full 6GB??

Managed to fix it using /PAE switch in Boot.ini
