DL380 shuts down have to start manually
I have problem with dl 380 G1. The Server shuts down every 2 to 3 days. I have to restart manually.
I run diagnostics everything looks OK
Any ides guys

did you check power cables?
did you check the power supply backplane? to check if it is properly seated
any error on Event viewer?
IML erros?

When exactly this start to happen? Have try to run the firmware maintenance CD and update the latest version of firmware, some of the cases this will help a lot.

you could also check the System managment console for degraded system devices. It could also possibly be a heat related problem.

We had this problem with one of our servers. Same scenario. It turned out the UPS was buggy. Once we replaced it, the shutdowns stopped.
