After self testing fans still working at high speed after OS is load. I found one message that 1 fan is missing but it is redundant fan and server writes about it. Could you help me?

Re: [DL380E g8] Cooling fan still working loudly after self test
Hi,
Can you or did you swap the fans around to see if its a slot issue or fan issue.
Also try to clear NVRAM from RBSU level.
Thank You!
I am a HP employee.
I work for HPE.
