Should I consider periodic array failures a normal event? Typically the drive device shows as failed, but on reboot I'm prompted to recover the array and go about my merry way.
Is the controller just losing its configuration, or is there a problem with the backplane, or...? After the rebuild all seems well, but why does this happen in the first place?

Re: DL380G1/2/3 & Drive Array Recovery
Makes sense. The timing has thrown me, as we ran for quite awhile with no issues. We were a bit behind in both the controller FW and the system bios, both of which I am updating now. Thanks...
