DL380G4 + MSA500G2 Poor IO Performance

I am using 2 X DL380G4 + MSA500G2 cluster package.

On DL380G4, I installed 2X146G RAID1 and 8X146G RAID5 Array on MSA500G2. I found that the disk performance of MSA500G2 is not as good as DL380G4. Both of them are running the same Physical Disk with same speed and same volume.
But the MSA500G2 got 256MB R/W BBCache. I am expecting the IO performance of MSA500G2 is better compare with DL380G4 internal disk.

Any suggestion??

What is the read/write ratio that you are using? What are you using to test your performance? The RAID 5 set will definitely be slower when doing writes. Also, is there just a single disk volume per RAID set?
