DL380G4 Pegouts on R/W & Disk Queue Time
This 380 is used as a file server. I have 15k SCSI drives in it and users complain of slowness when saving to or opening files from it. System resources show very little processor utilization, but the disk I/O seems maxed out.
Any suggestions on further troubleshooting or recommendations for a fix?

Re: DL380G4 Pegouts on R/W & Disk Queue Time
Drill down and try and determine which process is hammering the disks.
An AV scan? Disk Defrag tool running all the time?
Perfmon could be used to look at some of the IO figures, even Task Manager could indicate a process that's consuming a lot of IO.
