DL380G5 5160 and WIndows2003SP1 Ghost image

Hi

I have a problem loading the ghost image to a new DL380G5 5160. I can load image through WinPE but after reboot I have a black screen. Running system in safe mode gives a hang on acpitabl.dat every time. This image works perfectly on DL380G5 5060 and other models (g4).
Please advise.
