DL380G5 Exchange 2003 Intel Client NIC

We are migrating users from an Exchange 2000 server to an Exchange 2003 server running on a Proliant DL380 G5. Have the latest firmware and drivers. We are seeing issues with certain clients that are running versions of the Intel pro Nic card. If you don't have the absolute latest version of the Nic driver on the client Outlook will continually connect and disconnect.
We had no issue with these clients on the old server running on a Dl580

Re: DL380G5 Exchange 2003 Intel Client NIC

The server itself does not seem to have any issues its the client connecting to it.
The clients can connect correctly to any other server but the DL380G5's seem to give us an issue. And only with clients who have an Intel pro nic....
