DL380G5 Mystry Event 333 Errors on 2003 Ent R2 64bit

Hey all,

I've searched around and these errors don't seem to be currently an issue, yet i seem to have started to get them on my prod database server.

Specs :
DL380G5
P800 Raid Card
2 internal 146gig SAS disks in Raid 1
MSA70 External Disk Storage
13x 146gig in MSA70 in Raid 6
Dual Intel Quad core 3gig proc's
35gig Ram
4 GIG's (2 onboard and a HP Dual Card)
Os - Windows 2003 Enterprise R2 64bit with SP2
2 SQL 2005 Enterprise 64bit Instances
5 SQL 2000 Enterprise 32bit Instances

Here's the error

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Application Popup
Event Category: None
Event ID: 333
Date: 7/15/2009
Time: 11:01:56 PM
User: N/A
Computer: xxxxxx
Description:
An I/O operation initiated by the Registry failed unrecoverably. The Registry could not read in, or write out, or flush, one of the files that contain the system's image of the Registry.

It seems to go away when I reboot but what scares me is that they seem to come back randomally and I can't pinpoint any reason why they are happening. Also, I think it may have even caused a crash judging by the logs, although for some reason my monitoring tools didn't catch it..

Can anyone lend any help to this...

hi, did you ever find out what was causing this? I have an email server displaying the same symptoms.
