DL380G5 - logical drive disappear

I have this configuration:

server DL380 G5
Smart Array P400 with 512 BBWC
2x SAS disk 72GB
2x SAS disk 144GB

I made two logical drives in RAID 1+0, first 72GB and second 144GB. I installed OS W2008 on first logical drive. Second logical drive was for backup. Everythink worked fine for 3 month.

But after correct server power off and power on, first logical drive is empty and second drive disappeared (there are two free 144GB drives in ACU).

What happened? What is wrong? Can I get back lost RAID configuration?
