DL380G5 server gets the power reset

My HP DL380G5 server shutsdown abruptly (in 4-5 hrs after i comes up). I do not see any error log in ADU and IML. It is having Win2K3. In ILO 2 log, I see

Informational iLO 2 Server power removed.
Caution iLO 2 Server reset.

Redundant power supply is not available on this.

if you can test with enother power ,test it.
i think your power have problem .

Checked with good and working power supply. still the problem persists. Now the server is shutting down more frequently irrespective of the power supply. It is really annoying :(.

Thanks folks. It was SMPS which was faulty. I replaced it with another SMPS of same model. Now it is up and running.
