Any idea about what could be causing the problem?

What information is in the server IML and iLO logs?  Have you looked at the logs in Windows?

Yes I see windows log but it just says:

how I can get the IML and ILO  logs?

LOGS does not have any error. I load the DVD drivers and it update several firmwares after that the shutdown are less frequently but still shut downs one every other day.

Any ideas about this?

For ILO you can euthger log in to the ILO and look for IML logging or if installed on the OS you can open the tool Integrated Management Log Viewer. This tool can also be installed if not yet available.

Kind regards,

Re: DL380G5 unexpected shutdowns on a daily basis

There is no errors at the log files what else can I do?

I already increase the memory from 4 to 12

Update all hardware firmwares

Update all OS drrivers

replace both power suppliers

Reinstall Windows OS

Change Memory configurations.

Also when the euquipment goes down. it automtically does not turn on. Even when check in the BIOS that had been setup to auto turn on if detect power.
