DL380G6 - need PCI slot filler blank
Any ideas on finding PCI slot filler blanks? HP want to sell the complete PCI riser. Normal filler blanks will not work, because the HP version does not use a screw to secure the blank. Instead a metal tab protrudes downward instead of a screw.
Part number stamped on the blank is 2F77J-01.

Re: DL380G6 - need PCI slot filler blank
Digging through the output of a web search for "pci slot cover" might be tedious, but one avenue to persue.

Re: DL380G6 - need PCI slot filler blank
Great idea, but I have spent about two hours looking for the filler panel. The manufacturer of blanks, StarTech, said they have never seen the HP version.

Re: DL380G6 - need PCI slot filler blank
I have used standard fillers, they just take some finesse to hold then in place until you can get the blue tab locked in.
