DL380G6 power supply install fails

We just bought power supply DPS-1200FB-1A and trying to install it on HP Proliant DL380G6. But when it plugged in server halted system with message "Not supported for unplugged or mismatch  power supply. System Halted!". HP informs that this parts are compatible: link . How could i fix it ?

Re: DL380G6 power supply install fails

Did you plug just that one power supply in the server?

HP ProLiant servers that support redundant power supplies only allow installation of same-type supplies. A power
supply mismatch or an unsupported power supply will result in an error indication as described in Table 4. See link.

"The removed and replacement power supplies must be of the same type (same part number)."

I think this is the reason why system halted. Thank you.
