DL380G7 Large RAID-10

I am interested in creating a 12 drive RAID-10 array on our new DL380G7's. I have not been able to find anything in the forum for a scenario like mine so I'm hoping it's not because it's not possible.

The backplane's are split for each drive cage. Can I create a single RAID-10 across all drives in the DL380? There are currently 12 drives installed. I have the P410 SmartArray controller with 512 FB cache. Trying to set up (3) servers asap.

do you see all 12 drives in P410 management? If yes, feel free to create such array.

Yes.

A Smart Array controller, can use all disks, that are connectet, within the same RAID.

By the way. SAS and SATA is point to point protocols, so there's 1 disk only, on each channel.
