DL380e and DL360e gen8 system board identification

Is there a definitive way of telling whether the system I/O board for a DL360/DL380 Gen8 supports V2 (ivy bridge) processors or just V1 (sandy bridge) ones without plugging it in and trying a V2 CPU in it?

There is a spare part label of course but that is on the subpan and it is possible to swap the subpan from a V2 board onto a V1 board (and I believe you can swap the subpan from a DL380 to a DL360 board as well).

What I'm looking for is a specific mark that tells which chipset HPE have soldered onto the PCB.
